The Dinan shelter of a exterior surface (overall) of 20.64m² with its adjoining covered terrace is a very beautiful product, combining the charm of a raw wood construction and the functionality of a large open space. The shelter of 3x3m is completed by a terrace of 2.75x3m (dimensions on the ground). With the large double door of 160x186cm equipped with two fixed dormers with PVC glazing, two-color hinges and a lockable pusher lock, you have easy access to store your valuables, gardening tools, two wheels, and to keep them out of reach of children.

The covered part can be used to store your wood reserves, or as a friendly place for a snack, or even as a garage. The roof is covered by steel bins, very strong, which will preserve the shelter and what it contains elements. These tanks are based on a structure composed of solid rafters supporting the voliges. Roof coverage is guaranteed for 10 years. The assembly is carried out in all simplicity, with the robust planks of 28mm thickness which are assembled by grooves and tabs.

At the corners, additional wooden cladding reinforces the sealing, and thick support arms ensure structural stability to the terrace and a rustic character. The wood species used is Douglas pine from responsibly and sustainably managed forests that are PEFC certified.  It is a naturally rot-proof essence and not very sensitive to the attacks of xylophagous insects, which has not undergone any chemical treatment.

However, to keep the bright appearance of the raw wood and its golden brown coloration, it is advisable to apply a lacquer or saturator. The warranty for wood is 5 years. The Dinan shelter is produced in France by Habrithas. It must be installed on a concrete slab. Comes with a base kit that prevents moisture rise between the slab and the walls.
